Product Description

Main Features.

1.With rotating racking arm for beer delivery, which is convenient and flexible to deliver beer.

2.All tanks are equipped with adjusting bolts to ensure the tanks are aligned and leveled.

3.Strict quality control and process inspection & testing system.

4.Polished/Brushed/Mirror finish/Pickling passivation is optional.

5.Shadowless manway or top manhole according to the customer’s fermentation process and brewing types.

6.Bigger headspace, the cover headspace volume is calculated separately and extra.

7.Specially designed dimpled cooling jackets outside to ensure cooling efficiency, 60-degree cone angle for convenient for yeast excretion.

8.Fermenters are made by 100% stainless steel 304, even bolt and screw.
9.Our fermenter has more than 125% space of working capacity, promise foam won’t go out.
10.We test 5 times before delivery, to ensure good delivery status.

11.The temperature of each fermenter is independently controlled, the cooling speed is fast, and there is no need for ice pipes and ice water tanks, saving space.

Packaging & Shipping.

1. In order to help customers to install easily, All piping mark numbers before shipping.
2.All the accessorizes for brewhouse and fermenting will be counted and packed separately.

3.Each of our ports will have a lid in case the dust goes inside during shipping. For packing, the stand tank will be fully packed in case of any salt corrosion on the sea, for horizontal tanks, tanks will be packed by a steel frame on the skid and the legs will be fixed by a thread in case of any moving during transportation.
